Our LINK trade is currently down almost -5%. Normally, I would take a stop-loss in this situation, but personally I will add a DCA at the $8.55 zone with a stop-loss at $8.335. 📉
The main reason is simple:
LINK is currently forming a falling wedge pattern, which is considered a bullish pattern technically. At the same time, BTC volatility is creating pressure on LINK. Once BTC gets stable for 24 hours around the 68K or 70K zone, LINK can make a strong recovery move. 🚀
The most important level right now is the $8.44 zone. As long as this level holds, there is no major worry.
But if we break below it and get two 4H candle closes under that zone, then I will prepare for lower buying opportunities, possibly below the $6 zone. 📊
