For #VWAP, I usually anchor it from the last major move or strong reaction point, like a big high or a big low.

That’s where real value starts forming.
For Fixed Range Volume Profile (#FRVP), it depends on the move

I use it from the start of a move to the end, or for the current range I want to understand.

Timeframe is not fixed

I look at higher timeframe first, then refine it on lower ones.

So the idea is simple
find the important move than anchor there
then watch how price reacts around it
