For me, I will let this setup run as planned.
Target 1 has not been reached yet, so the setup is still active and hasn’t done its job.
Regarding TP management
Personally I usually take around 30% to 40% at TP1, then let the rest run and protect the position.
At the end, it depends on your risk.
If you feel more comfortable securing early, go for BE.
If you trust the setup, let it play out.
