yes, to your questions this is technically a n accapted Short which also has this Head and Shoulder Pattern.
But personally i would love to see taken out 83500$
for scalpers it could a quick in and out maybe but i want to wait as no Weakness is showing and only higher highs and higher Lows.
No change of Structure here and when there is still no good Reaction than i would like to stay in my Longs until i give you a good Short Entry.
